Play Responsibly

Cheettukali is a free social card game, made for the fun of 28, 29, 40 and 56. It is not a gambling or real-money gaming site, and it never will be.

No money, ever

• No real money: you can't deposit, bet, win or withdraw money on Cheettukali.
• No prizes: points, coolies and flags are only scores in the game. They have no cash value and can't be exchanged for anything.
• No purchases: there is nothing to buy inside the games.
• Please don't bet on it: don't use Cheettukali scores for betting with friends or anyone else. Gambling on card games is illegal in many places, including under Indian and Kerala law.

Keep it a game

Card games are best as a break, not a habit that takes over your day. A few simple rules we follow ourselves:

• Set yourself a time limit before you start. The games remind you to take a break after every 45 minutes of play.
• Don't play while driving, at work when you should be working, or late into the night when you need sleep.
• If you feel you can't stop, or play is affecting your sleep, studies, work or family, take a longer break and talk to someone you trust.
• The best version of these games is still the real one: friends, a mat and a pack of cards.

Your privacy

• No sign-up and no account. We don't ask for your name, phone number or email.
• Your scores and settings are saved only on your own phone or computer (browser storage). Clearing your browser data removes them.
• The games don't send your play to any server. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and doesn't identify you. Read the full privacy policy.

Ads and this site

Cheettukali is free because it may show ads. Our promise: no ads on the game table, no pop-ups in the middle of a hand, no rewards for clicking ads, and we block gambling and betting ads in our ad settings. Ads appear only around the articles and the guides below the games.

For parents

Cheettukali is made for a general audience, not specifically for children. The games have no chat, no strangers and no purchases. If your child plays, help them keep screen time sensible.
